It works with the steam market so you can just buy cases which already have good things in it.

I'm pretty sure that this is what will happen.
When you press buy case from the community market, steam says commit to buy and that's when the hack will probably say what it contains

Anyway, OP, how does your "login" system works ? You're gonna give IDs to every single person who downloads it ?

And how much time to you expect your hack to work ? Because such a trick would definitely have an impact on the CS Go economy, making the stock of rare items on the market much bigger, and completely fucking up the whole thing. Valve will react. ^^
